You’re welcome to download
the audio and/or the script of this 32-minute recording.
You’ll hear about 10 minutes’ guidance into meditation,
15 minutes’ silence (with a gong every 5 minutes), and about 5 minutes’ guided return from meditation.

We recorded our meditation session on April 25, 2016, at Andrea’s and Jim’s New York City studio. Participants are Andrea, Maria, Kate, Jim, and Sky. We hope you enjoy meditating with us!

I wrote the script, with help from Maria. I borrowed from many meditations to create this one, but I’m especially grateful to George Lewis, whose longer script formed the basis of this one.
